This was an extra special Rotray at Work Day as we had the privilage of working on one of our members home garden. Joe Loucks was promoted to glory on February 28th, 2020. We are all so thankful to have had him in our lives and we are grateful we could show support to his wife Nancy and family at this most difficult time by making their garden look beautfiul.
