The ROTARY RIDE  bicycling event will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021, with the start and finish at Cedar Creek Park in Cedarburg WI.
The ride benefits the Rotary Club of Cedarburg Grafton's technical scholarship fund and is open to the public. All riding abilities are encouraged to participate.
10, 25, 45, and 65-mile routes are being planned along with a virtual ride. So tune up your bike and get your family and friends together for this fun-filled event!
The Cause
It's all about the students! The more funds raised, the more scholarship dollars are given.
The Rotary Club of Cedarburg Grafton is organizing the Rotary Ride – Cycling To Serve to build fellowship and to raise funds for technical scholarships and community projects. Proceeds will also support hometown charities.
Every industry relies on personnel with technical and vocational skills.  As a Club, our objective is to provide financial assistance through scholarships. We also offer professional mentoring, encourage recipients to pursue or continue local employment, both during and after the educational process, and to introduce applicants to Rotary, whose motto is Service Above Self.

The Trail

The Rotary Ride is a bicycle ride held on the bike-friendly roads and trails that meanders the Ozaukee County countryside and its quaint communities.
Choose your route. Maps will be given at the start or you can download them. 10, 25, 45, & 65-miles will be marked and SAG vehicles on the road will make sure you're safe on the ride. Rest Stops will be provided with cheerful volunteers, shelter, food, and drinks so you can be sure to enjoy your well-deserved break from the saddle.
A virtual ride is planned for those who'd like this option of supporting our cause.
The Club
The Cedarburg-Grafton Rotary Club was founded in 1965 and is currently made up of 63 very active business and community leaders. Each member embodies the motto of Rotary:  “Service Above Self”.  Our two signature events, the Rotary Music Festival on July 3 and the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra holiday concert in December, have raised more than $1.4 million for student scholarships and community projects.  Both of these events were canceled in 2020 due to Covid-19.  This is our inaugural Rotary Ride, designed to keep our fundraising spirit alive in a safe and responsible way.
The After-Ride Party!

After your ride, it is time to celebrate!  Music, cheers, bells ringing, and friendly faces will welcome you back. Plan to stay for the celebrations.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we will take the necessary precautions considering the health and safety of you, the communities you travel through, and our volunteers.
