During August we held our club heat for the Four Way Speaking Contest.  All three students did a terrific job as they entertained, informed, and confronted us with their speeches for the Four Way Speaking Contest.
We know there can only be one winner, but all three girls did a great job.  Cheyenne and Krissy were considered equal second and the winner was Jarrah who spoke eloquently about the issues we are facing with plastics getting into our bodies and disrupting the neural pathways causing who knows what damage.

Jarrah went through to the District Finals and was runner up to Diya from Perth Modern who spoke about the heartbreak facing families when someone is diagnosed with dementia.  The other two finalists at that event were Srinivasa from Willetton and Quinn from Corpus Christi.  The four contestants are seen here with PDG Fred Marsh.  Congratulations to all four finalists.  Best wishes to Diya and Jarrah who will be heading to the District Finals later this month.
