This morning we did what we love doing and that is giving more of our Lego Play Tubs away to deserving school and community groups who want to set up and run their own Lego Play Groups.
Cheryl, from St Paul's Primary School in Mt Lawley and Stephen from Orange Grove Primary School came to our Rotary meeting this morning and were delighted to be able to walk away with at least one tub loaded with Lego bricks for their newly formed Lego Play Groups in their respective schools.
The Lego is purchased from the profits of our annual Bricktober event (held during the final weekend of the school holidays in October) and donated to school or community groups who either want to start up their own club, or have an existing club and need additional support from the bricks that we can provide.
We are looking forward to hearing from them and to seeing what their students build with these bricks.
