We have been supporting Soeum for a number of years, and we are so excited to hear that she will be graduating from University next year.
As part of the Sustainable Cambodia project, and because a number of years ago we sponsored an Interplast team to Cambodia, we as a Rotary Club decided to sponsor a student there. We have regularly received updates on Soeum's progress and she is now in her final year at university, majoring in Information Technology. She tells us that she loves working in a team environment, and has developed many work related skills because of that. She feels too that she has personally developed through her involvement in team projects. She is in her last year of University and has a rewarding job as an IT staff member at a bank in Cambodia.
