At our meeting on Tuesday we were delighted to provide Coorow Primary School a Tub filled with Lego for the Lego Play Group.  Seen here is their Principal, Jancy collecting the tub from our President, Dianne.
The school, although tiny, in a small rural community, about 265 kms north of Perth, is the hub of their community.  Jancy, a past Rotary Exchange student, was delighted to accept the Playtub on behalf of Catherine, the teacher who had put the application to us. We know the Lego will be used by a number of very keen and enthusiastic Lego builders, and are looking forward to receiving some photos of the work they have been doing once they get to play with their new Lego.

Our Playtubs programme is a result of the profits made at Bricktober, our annual Lego Event held during the last weekend of the October school holidays.  If you are interested in coming and seeing some of the amazing builds our Lego fans have made this year, check out our Bricktober website.  You can book tickets on line, start your day when you want to and stay as long as you like.  If you are interested in applying for a Playtub, the information and application form is also on that same website.
