This past weekend our supporters picked up their delicious berries from the annual strawberry fundraiser sale.

Once again this year, Mr. & Mrs Warnders from Canoe (Salmon Arm) have travelled all the way to Langley to purchase their year’s supply of delicious, picked, washed and sliced strawberries from the Rotary Strawberry Sale.  Talk about dedication to purchasing the best quality product and helping Rotary provide services to our local communities.

These berries are packed in plastic pails to assure peak freshness and are easy to portion into freezer containers or plastic bags.  If you’re making strawberry jam, either cooked or freezer jam, all you have to do is add the sugar & pectin and enjoy.  Slushies and margharitas are a snap with the berries ready for blending and adding to your favourite drink. Thanks for your support and look forward to seeing you all again next year.
