This is the third year for Walnut Grove Secondary School student volunteers packing the North Langley Starfish Packs that are funded by community donations to the Rotary Club of Langley Sunrise. These ambitious and dedicated student volunteers are working hard to prepare Starfish Packs each week. These packs are filled with nutritious and easy to prepare meals that also include fresh produce, and are delivered to elementary and middle schools in our community who then distribute to youth who are experiencing food insecurity. WGSS students also hold their own fundraisers to contribute financially to the success of the Starfish Pack Program. Three Cheers to our future leaders.
