Phil Donahue: In 1992 Phil and his wife Carol purchased Waveland Marina and the former Restaurant/Charter School Building at A Street on the bay. For 16 years they ran the marina as well as building 12 new homes in Hull. Presently, Phil manages the Yacht Club for Spinnaker Island Yacht Club. For Phil and Carol, Hull is their town and they love it for its natural beauty and the people.
