Fundraisers

RibFest is a large event hosted by the Rotary Club of Port Moody at Rocky Point Park in July. The event is a competition for best ribs amongst 5 or 6 professional ‘ribbers’. During the weekend our club runs a pop tent. We receive all funds raised through the pop tent. Our club also assists with the 50/50 draw.

Find the Perfect Pint Tour Booklets

These booklets include coupons to 11 establishments and are good for either a pint or tasting flight of beer. The booklets sell for $50. Funds from this initiative will be allocated to mental health initiatives in the Tri-Cities. Booklets are on sale now! You can purchase them here: Perfect Pint Tour

This event will take place late January or early February at All Saints Parish Hall in Coquitlam. The night consists of a sit down dinner with wine pairings throughout. A live auction also takes place. Proceeds of the night will be allocated to food sustainability in the Tri-Cities, more specifically to SHARE Food Bank and Starfish Pack Program.

Shred-A-Thon

In March our club organizes a shredding event at the Canadian Tire on Lougheed Hwy. We rent shredding trucks to be on-site and provide drop-off shredding services by donation.

Purdy's Fundraiser

We run an annual in-house Purdy's sale in late fall for all those Christmas chocolates you may need to buy. For the wee ones in your life, you can also buy a plushie, Philbert. A portion of each sale goes back into the club. Last year, funds raised through the PUrdy's sale were allocated towards providing Christmas Turkey Hampers to families in need.
