A big Thank You to District 5960 Rotarians for joining the SHARE THE LOVE campaign in support of our Rotary International Foundation. We are off to a good start. February contributions to date total $8,200, bringing year-to-date (July through February) contributions to $263,000. Our goal for the full year is $450,000 so let’s keep that momentum going! Contributions to the Foundation’s Annual Fund-SHARE are the funds that come back to our District to use for grants that positively impact people in our communities and around the world. So…the more we all give, the more impact we can make!
Attached is another great example of the IMPACT made by Rotarians who gave to The Foundation Annual Fund – SHARE. With their recent project the Faribault Rotary Clubprovided the ability for children at a school in Cambodia to play soccer. This school provides education for 600 students, many in extreme poverty and with special needs.
You can make an IMPACT with your donation this February. For certain levels of giving, we are offering matching point incentives for Paul Harris Fellow awards:
· $100 - $364 = 1 to 1 Recognition Point Match
· $365 = 635 Points Match To Paul Harris Fellow
· Sign up for Rotary Direct @ $30+/month = Receive 500 points
