Nick Edstrom provided interesting data on sales of homes and land in 2013 based on the MLS data. Some interesting facts from his presentation include: residential interest rates 4.25% (30 year) and 3.5% (15 year). Average sales price in 2013 was $146,943; up1.4% from 2012. Highest residential sale was $464,000 (down from $486,500 in 2012) and lowest was $22,000. Average days-on-the-market was 134 days down from 153 days in 2012. Nick also provided comparisons from 2009 to 2013 showing that the volume of sales almost doubled from $40.9 million to $64.9 million.
