Janna is the Economic Development Director for the City of Ellsworth. Janna will discuss business attraction plans and the economy's role in the ten-year comprehensive plan.

Carla Scocchi from the Hancock County Extension Office will discuss 4H/Youth Development and Aspirations.

Carla Scocchi is a 4-H Youth Development Professional for the University of Maine Cooperative Extension. She is based in the Hancock County Extension office in Ellsworth and provides leadership for the 4-H youth development program in Hancock County and beyond. Her role is to develop and deliver educational programs, events, and resources that promote the learning and growth of youth in our community. Carla's educational programs have a particular emphasis on aquaculture, marine science, climate change, and data literacy.
