The next monthly meetings of the Club's special interests groups - the Book Group (aka 'The Bookworms') and the Current Affairs Group (aka 'The Fixers') - will be held on Thursday 13 May from 5.45 PM to 7.00 PM.
The Bookworms will be discussing Washington Square by Henry James.
The Fixers will discuss two issues:
- 'What can we learn from comparing the electoral systems of the US and Australia?', with discussion led by Lawrence Reddaway, and
- 'To vaccinate or not? Should we be allowed to choose which vaccine to use? What is the priority for distribution around the globe? Will vaccination bring a return to ‘normality?’ with discussion led by Delpine Genin.
This event is free.
