Strive Information: - Next week, 2/12 the main Rotary Meeting will be held at the High School Media center in tandem with the Strive Students. Lunch will be $6. The students have been given information for scholarship opportunities and the end-of-season celebration will be held during the regular meeting on March 12th at the Inn.
Heart of Service Award: - Scott Olson was awarded the Heart of Service Award for his participation in the varied activities he has participated in during his tenure in Faribault including Strive! His inclusivity when making invocations was noticed right off the bat, while still respecting his faith. He has always been incredibly welcoming to all. Scott’s last meeting with the Faribault Rotary club will be February 12, 2025.
Share the Love Campaign: - February is Share the Love Campaign with the Rotary Foundation, please see more information from the Rotary District. $365 donation will get you enough points to become a Paul Harris Fellow (February only). On February 19th, our local club will provide an opportunity wherein, if our Happy Dollars raise $365, we will be able to gift a Paul Harris Fellow award to one of our members in attendance that day! Plan to attend, and bring your Happy Dollars, Checks, or Venmo!!
