Alex- from the American Red Cross has been working with our area since January (3 years total) from Wabasha. At 20 years old he was in an accident and needed blood. When he was born his mother needed a blood transfusion as well. Mission- The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers-----Partner with area fire stations and help equipped communities. 90% volunteer! We Impact Lives Every Day- Over 24,000 people are assisted by the American Red Cross daily.
