What do we do well?
-volunteering in the community
-reaching out to those who are doers in our community and making it easy for them to join
Increase our Impact
-Focus on what we do well and do it better
-continue providing winter clothing to children in need
-camp should be used more frequently by community groups
-Pollinator garden project, 10 gardens around the community
-Continue to re-focus Strive
International Impact
Engage in a project that’s connected to our current members or our local immigrant community
Continue to support other clubs
Group spoke about getting involved and retooling the programs we are already involved in.
Updating the information about the Faribault Rotary club, website, mailing, an updated video.

-Over the next 3 years, we would like to have 17 new members join, bringing us to 85 total members
