Dick Huston – thanked his longtime friend Rod Mahler for all he has done for him and his friendship.
Lisa Humfeld-Wilson – thanked everyone for the Happy Birthday wishes and apologized to Murray for having to sit with a table full of Green Bay Packers fans!
Murray told Lisa that they may not all feel that same way at the conclusion of this season!
Dan Hedge – thank you to Rod for all he has done for him.
Troy Dunn – provided an update about himself and his family. They are still living in Arizona and Troy is working at a hotel in Scottsdale. His son Alex recently finished medical school and is a Physician in Scottsdale. Alex and his girlfriend live close to Troy and his wife Tara so everything is
going great for his family. Troy is in town visiting for a couple weeks. He was up in Canada on a fishing trip until late yesterday when they had to evacuate due to the wildfires that are going on! Happy to be at the Rotary meeting today and to see everyone.
Ellie Holmquist – thank you to everyone that came out to the Rotary camp for the party. She also thanked Laura Bock for bringing the pools was a great addition!
Erica Staab-Absher - mentioned a story about how Al Burkhartzmeyer always encouraged her to attend Rotary and how she learned that Rotarians held meetings at the hospital with him while he was there. She expressed appreciation of the many things Rotarians do and was happy to see and hear from our guests today!
Mark Kenney – great to see all of our visitors today!
George Wickstrom – asked if anyone could give him a ride to the Blood Drive on Friday.
Chad Koepke quickly told George he would pick him up!
Kay Hoaglin – wished Happy Birthdays to Rod and Lisa. Expressed how great it is to see all the guests today.
