As we move into April, we start a new virtue of Resilience read by Mahad Mohmand. Resilience is defined as:  the inner strength and capacity to recover from adversity, disappointment, tragedy, and loss. It is viewed as a "strength of spirit" that allows individuals to move through hardship, learn from it, and transform into a better, more mature version of themselves.
