Rod was celebrating 68 years as a Rotarian and received many congratulations from members throughout fellowship time. Rod was the member who introduced George Wickstrom to the club in 1974.
Nort Johnson announced the birth of his new grandson Hudson.
Murray Hanson also welcomed a new grandbaby this week!
Dick Huston celebrated his birthday by parasailing with his wife Nancy and took some time to ski in the black hills. Last week he was able to talk with a researcher from the U of M about bi-polar disease.
Greg Ciesluk thanked Rod for introducing him to Rotary as well. Greg met his wife Rebekah through the Rotary.
Becky was happy to have the week open during the evenings because of spring break. She has been able to take her dog walking several times. One of these times she found herself without a pet poop bag and her dog just happened to choose Brandon Gliem's front yard. The whole club had a good laugh about this. As any good Rotarian would do, Becky followed the four-way test and returned to the scene of the crime later that day and picked up the mess before the good sergeant was able to discover it's placement.
