Exciting news, e-tab sales recorded a new record high of $174K in April 2026, topping the previous record of $167K established in December 2025  and
luck broke FRYS’ way this time as the gross profit margin hit 15% compared to the December 2025 figure of 11.5%, delivering a surge in gross profits of
$26K in April, also a monthly record for FRYS

􏀀 Paper tab sales retreated, hitting $96K in April, down from March’s $113K; however, the gross profit margin strengthened to 19.3% in April from 16.2%,
leading to gross profit of $19K vs. $18K, respectively
􏀀 Bingo notched a three-month high in sales, summing to $23K with $5K in gross profits
􏀀 Aggregate sales volume touched $299K for a new monthly record in receipts, topping March’s $296K as the fever pitch culminated with the completion of
the Queen of Hearts being drawn by a lucky gal, taking home around $6K
o For those unfamiliar with the Queen of Hearts, every patron that walks into Boxers receives a ticket and whoever has their ticket number called
gets the opportunity to select a card on a wall in search of the Queen of Hearts and as more cards are drawn, the size of the pot grows larger and
larger

o This was the first round of this event at Boxers and the Queen remained elusive till the final two cards - how exciting!
 Of note, FRYS is not affiliated with the Queen of Hearts game, that is all on Boxers
o
􏀀 While FRYS notched new record highs in e-tabs, such records were not enough to drive a record monthly net income, but that’s not to say April was a
slouch, far from it  Net income for April hit $13K

o That $13K profit includes $14K in taxes paid to the state, a figure that is set to rise to $16K for the month of May
􏀀 Through April 2026, net income for the 25/26 campaign has reached $91K with four months remaining in the fiscal year
o In the 2024/2025 year, net income through April was $70K, translating to an incredible 30% increase in profits year-over-year!
􏀀 In other FRYS news, the first leg of MN State Audit was completed with FRYS being penalized $517.20 for issues around raffles via document retention
and cash deposit timing  strategies have been implemented to ensure those errors do not occur once again

o With the lawful gambling side of the audit complete, the next leg of the audit that centers on Unearned Business Income Tax (“UBIT”) is up 
once again, FRYS expects that audit to go well as the organization has been militant about managing earnings and cash disbursements in the
month of August as the fiscal year-end approaches

􏀀 Lots of work is underway at the Rotary Camp  Dave Beranek and Ryan Holmquist had a meeting with River Bend Nature Center to discuss the
upcoming usage of the camp

o The water purification box has been installed at the Camp via a long extension cord –> Cedar Lake Electric will be starting the installation of the
permanent outlet by the dock out at the Camp in the very near future
Expenses for June 2026
􏀀 CGMade Easy = $250
􏀀 Inventory = $4,500
􏀀 MPeters = $12,000
􏀀 City of Faribault = $2,000
􏀀 Boxers = $10,000
􏀀 Misc = $2,500
o Total = $34,250
 On a motion by Dr. Huston & seconded by Ericka Staab, FRYS membership approved expenses for the month of June
