New Membership

A Rotary Membership Chair's responsibilities are to recruit, engage, and retain club members by developing and implementing strategies, organizing orientation and mentoring for new members, and monitoring engagement to ensure retention. They must also assess club membership, create committees, communicate progress to the board, and utilize club and Rotary International resources to align with membership goals. Make sure the committee follows the 50-50 rule: spend 50% of energies on membership retention and 50% on membership growth.
