The Fundraising and Special Events committee for a Rotary Club is responsible for managing the club's fundraising activities and special events. Their responsibilities include: Working with others, Identifying opportunities, Tracking activities, Reviewing evaluations. Before hosting an event, it's important to create a plan that considers things like: Fundraising needs, Budget, Local laws, Available resources, Event logistics, Volunteer organization, Event publicity, and Measuring success.
