- All like the Civic Precinct Park area
- The layout is good with room for more vendors
- All vendors really appreciate the use of Rotary marquees as this allows vendors to bring more stock
- Most times marquees have to be loaded first so everything then has to unloaded before they can erect their marquee
- Overall, the Vendors were very happy
Other considerations,
- $8.00 egg and bacon roles – lots of complaints – I think $6.50 is plenty – WE ARE A SERVICE CLUB!!!
- Gates are to be manned by a minimum of 2 – We need to be aware not to leave one person one the gate – we did have a couple of issues – new member – being able to go to the toilet or grab a snack or drinks
- Members are responsible for arranging their own replacements with other members and confirm these at the meeting prior to each market
