This item for the evening was delivered by treasurer David Pyke who described Wollundry as  an exceptional club but stressed the need for more fellowship now that we have ceased meeting for the Sunday Markets. The full list of donations is available on the web site but the main ones were;

Riverina Cancer Care      $40,000

Defib for Life                      $33,590

The Forrest Centre          $10,000

Abbeyfield House            $ 8,000

Anglicare                             $ 6,000

Mark Hillis offered the observation that the sum total of the benefit to Wagga from our fund raising was far greater than the simple total dollars donated. Rather it was the flow on – income made by stall holders at our events, their wages and taxes paid, beds rented for riders etc.
