Hi all,
Good to see Peter Crozier and Peter Mackinnon back on deck after their respective surgeries. Mac Armitage and Robert Hennessy-Hawks are recovering after falls. Get well soon fellows.

The changeover dinner is fast approaching. Tuesday June 27th at the RSL Club Mirage room, 6:30pm for 7:00pm start. The price for members and partners has been subsidised by the Club to $40.00 per head.

President-elect Darren has finalised the Executive and Board for the 2023 – 2024 year and is working on the finalisation of the committees.

The first meeting of the Future Development Committee was held on Monday night. President-elect Darren Wallace has been appointed as the chair of the Committee. It is planned to meet on a weekly basis in the immediate term to determine strategies early for the way forward. All recommendations from the Committee will be passed to the Board, and Club members will have the final vote on any proposed change.

Well done to ErinEarth for being awarded the 2023 NSW Environmental Citizen of the Year Award. Members may recall that the Club presented PHF Certificates and Pins to Sisters, Carmel Wallis and Kaye Bryan in recognition of the sterling work that they contributed to this organization.
I was also advised at the Combined Wagga President’s meeting last night, that the Wagga Wagga Rotary RYDA committee received the Toyota Community Award, celebrating Excellence in Road Safety. Well done.

Kind regards,
President Phil
