ROTARY FOUNDATION Woolshed BBQ & Dance at Young   Young Rotary Club have devised a fun way to enjoy some fellowship and at the same time raise some money for our charity, The Rotary Foundation. The event will be held on Sat 13th May at Sue & Richard Gordons woolshed at "Nungi", Wombat near Young. Click here or on the graphic on your right, to download your invitation with all the details.  In 2002, we welcomed our exchange student, Holly Chaisson, from Prince Edward Island, Canada  On returning home at the conclusion of her exchange, Holly attended Holland College and graduated in 2005 with a diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management According to Holly, “the service industry has always been a part of her life” After graduating from Holland College, Holly moved to Ontario where she managed a number of restaurants. During her time in Ontario, Holly married however unfortunately this did not work out. As the “salt air” could not keep her away, Holly moved back to Prince Edward Island and now manages a local restaurant. Holly has fond memories of her exchange with Wollundry and extends her best wishes to all members. Having visited Holly and her family, you can be assured of a warm welcome should you make the journey to PEI Ken Cook |

Dear Presidents & Secretaries The District Insurance Officer, Sam Catanzariti, has asked that the attached information from Rotary's insurers be circulated to all Clubs. It is in regard to travel to the USA and UK and taking laptop computers as hand luggage. If anyone is planning trips either personal or Friendship Exchanges etc, the information may assist.
