Darren opened the meeting with a giving of thanks for life, friendship and good food. We then toasted King Charles and the people of Australia.

PRESIDENT ELECT TRAINING
Next year's President David Post, reported that he had attended PETS training last weekend along with John Egan and Phil McIntosh. Some of the issues discussed included an increase in District Fees, Insurance, Child Protection.
There were 85 attendees and David said that our club reforms place us miles ahead of other clubs in the District.
LILLIER LODGE DINNER  Pat Ingram reported on a very successful dinner provided by our Club Members Stuart Heriot, Michael Knight, John Horton, Bill Parker and Pat. It was great, he said to provide a service for those suffering from cancer and to engage with them and perhaps provide a welcome distraction from their treatment for a brief period. Well done. Pat also reported that Steve Anderson had won gold at the Royal Easter Show for his Pork. Congratulations Steve! |
LUCKY DRAW PRIZE  For the second week in a row David Benn won the bottle of wine. He took home two bottles of Borambola's Best. |
