President David opened the meeting and asked for Rotary Grace to be sung. He then welcomed guests Judy Sterling and Barb Oakman from the Kooringal Tennis Club and our Guest Speaker Brett Sommerville from PCYC.

Presentation of AED (Defibrillator) to Kooringal Tennis Club. Chair Geoff Breust with Barb Oakman and Judy Sterling. In making the presentation Geoff said that the total spent on providing defibrillators is just over $90,000 with $60,000 of that sum coming from our Club. This is an outstanding effort. In accepting the defib. Barb thanked Rotary and said all members would be comforted knowing that the defib would be available in the event of a cardiac event. The oldest playing member of the Kooringal tennis club is over 90. |
