Annual General Meeting

ImageSecretary Paul Milde opened the 2013 AGM. The meeting passed the minutes of last year's AGM.

Treasurer for 2012-13, Nick Leywood gave an overview of the report forwarded to all members. The meeting carried the treasurer's report.

The meeting endorsed that Twomeys & Partners be appointed the auditors for 2014-15.

James Hamilton and George Thomas then provide a detailed report on the proposed, updated Constitution of the club. This again had been circulated to members and Articles 1,2,5,6,7,9,10,12 and By-laws changes of 26/11/2013 were accepted by the meeting.

John Ferguson, President Elect for 2014-15 then named the Board of Directors for the coming year:

  • A/Treasurer:     David Pyke
  • Public Officer:    James Hamilton
  • Services:           Tim Macgillycuddy
  • Youth:               Darren Wallace
  • Foundation:       Wal Paton
  • Administration:  Graham Barrow
  • Public Relations: Craig Bromley
  • Membership:      Rob Fuller 

    The meeting carried the appointment of the 2014-15 Board.

    John then moved that Geoff Hamilton be appointed President Elect for 2015-16. This was accepted unanimously by the meeting.
