A pensive yet "hatless" Sergeant before launching into a series fines that had every member diving for cover and their wallets. Worthy of special mention was the Saturday and Sunday markets personnel,( Laurie, John Smith, Tim, & Steve) involved in the"tap key" fiasco!
The President, the Board, dentists, retired dentists and "pirates" all were fined.

MOZAMBIQUE WARNING
Due to the rising frequency of human/lion encounters the ministry is warning tourists to take extra precautions in the bush. Tourists are encouraged to wear noisy little bells so as to give advanced warning to any nearby lions and also to carry pepper spray just in case of an encounter with a lion. Tourists should be on the lookout for fresh lion activity and be able to tell the difference between lion cub and big lion S___. Lion Cub S___ has berries and dassic fur in it. Big lion S___ has bells in it and smells like pepper.
