President Bill Bourlet called the meeting to order at 12:15 pm and led the assembled multitudes in the singing of the national anthem. There were 22 members and guests in attendance on this day.

Visitors and Guests included: Phillip Nicholls, of the Cardiff East Club of South Wales. Phillip is past President of his club and past Assistant District Governor for District 1150. Alan Fleet is also from the Cardiff East Club. He has served as the Foundation Chairman and is President Nominee.
