President Joyce Johnston thanked the membership for their support and goodwill. She reviewed our goals and looked at successes and where we need improvement.
Presentations of the slides of last months shoreline clean up and installation of garbage services on the Costa del Sol in El Salvador were then shown. 130 people took part including many prisoners in a rehabilitation program. A kilometer of beach clean. A great success for our ongoing project.
The meeting ended with a wonderful gift of a paddling PFD.
