The dinner will be held at Grant Yao's restaurant: Osaka Teppanyaki Steak & Seafood House, 1788 West Broadway.

Date and time: April 14 with a start time of 6:00 pm. Doors open at 5:00pm.

We will be offered three menu choices, steak, chicken & shrimp, and vegetarian.

All dinners include soup, salad, steamed rice, pop/tea/water.

The charge is $75.00 per plate without a tax receipt or $100.00 per plate with a $50.00 tax receipt.

This charge includes taxes and gratuity. Adult beverages are extra.

The profits for the dinner will go to the Rotary Foundation Polio Fund.
Tax receipts will be issued from the Vancouver Arbutus Rotary Fund and all net profits from the event will be donated to Rotary Foundation PolioPlus Fund to help in Rotary's commitment to End Polio!
