On September 29, Dr. Marvin Washington, Dean of Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, will sit down with Joan Posivy for a fireside chat about how universities are preparing students for a world of work that looks dramatically different from even a decade ago.
Drawing on research, student and employer surveys, and more than 25 years across academia and organizational leadership, Marvin will explore what employers are looking for now, how students’ expectations are changing, and what business schools are doing to bridge the two.
