On Tuesday Jan 21 Rotary Club of Vancouver members and guests are invited to a mingle event with Terminal City Club members and guests.
Please come out to enjoy each other's company, play pool or darts, listen to some music and generally have a good time. Registration is required in advance.
Where: Terminal City Club member's lounge, 2nd floor (meet by the pool table)
Attire: business casual
Refreshments: $25 for pay-as-you-go members and members' guests, charged to your account after the event
This would be an excellent event to invite friends and colleagues to. The deadline to RSVP is Friday, Jan 17as our numbers need to be guaranteed to TCC. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Our amazing President, Franco Gallo, had some bittersweet news to share this week: He is heading back to Argentina for an extraordinary job opportunity. Franco's time with us has been marked by his remarkable leadership, wit, fun, and professionalism—qualities that have made a lasting impact on our club and will be dearly missed.
Despite his move, Franco will remain on the board until the end of the year, tuning in remotely to continue contributing his invaluable insights. His commitment to our community truly knows no bounds.
In the interim, we are fortunate to have the experienced and dedicated Past President Paul Martin stepping into the role of President until the end of June. Paul’s long-standing dedication to Rotary ensures a seamless transition as we continue our important work.
Please join us in celebrating Franco’s new adventure and in supporting Paul as he takes on this very important leadership role.

Nicole Havrda is a young 18 year-old Canadian race car driver who is rapidly making her name known in the world of motorsports. From karting to cars, Nicole is climbing her way up the racing ladder, as she works her way to achieving her goal of racing at the highest level of motorsport -- Formula 1.
Nicole is the only Canadian, and the youngest among 15 drivers selected for the prestigious W series test. The youngest of 9 finalist for the Aston Martin GT4 shootout by The Heart of Racing team. She had several top 5 finishes in the inaugural Indian Racing League Championships towards the end of the year.
It was fascinating to hear Nicole speak to our members and share what drives her toward her pinnacle goal of competing at Formula One. She shared what made her fallin love with the sport, how her passion continues to grow and what it's like to be a female professional in this male dominated world.
