"From Belgium to Vancouver: A Journey Made Possible by Rotary"
Join us as we welcome Dr. Isabel Witvrouwen.
Isabel Witvrouwen is a Belgian cardiologist and a recent winner at UBC's 2026 Research Day. Isabel will share the story of her Rotary-supported journey to Vancouver, and how opportunities at St. Paul's Hospital and UBC shaped her career, and expanded her expertise and knowledge in the emerging field of cardio-obstetrics.
We will also induct three new Members:
- David Guo is a financial advisor with HUB Financial and Investia, bringing a background in economics, fundraising, and community service.
- Erica Mundinger is an HR and Workday HCM consultant specializing in people operations, employee engagement, and workforce management.
- Crystal Mirkazemi is the founder of Crystal Wealth Capital and is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses build financial confidence.
We will also induct three new Members:
