Off-Site, Fisher House Wisconsin

Fisher House Wisconsin is located on the premises of the Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. The Fisher House Foundation builds comfort homes where military & veterans families can stay free of charge while a loved one is in the hospital. These homes are located at military and VA medical centers around the world.

Box lunches will be provided to WPRC members and guests as well as to the current residents at the home. Manager Jennifer Kiefer will provide a briefing on the mission of Fisher House and a quick walk-through of the facility.

Participants are asked to car pool because only 16 parking spaces are available at the location, and parking lots in the Zablocki Medical Center can mean a 1/4 mile walk.
