About Our Speaker:

Jackie Fernando is deeply embedded in the enhancement of healthcare delivery and community outreach. At Kaiser Permanente, she coordinates over 150 dedicated volunteers across 18 diverse programs and has pioneered an innovative mentorship initiative. This program guides high school students toward prospective healthcare careers, offering invaluable leadership experiences. Her efforts, especially within the Patient and Family Centered Care (PFCC) council, echo her commitment to incorporating member voices into healthcare's executive dialogue.
