We enjoyed a very special, "SALMON WES-DAY" with our very own Wes Mun who recently returned from his annual fishing trip to Alaska! Wes’ annual Alaska fishing trip has been a family reunion affair starting with his dad and uncles, now cousins and friends for the last 25 years. Wes knows his way around salmon, how to catch, cook and eat them.
Wes shared his take on a “Japanese” breakfast with his haul from Alaska: salmon chazuke, pan and inari sushi, fried salmon bellies, and ikura rice. And he also shared his knowledge of salmon fishing!
