We welcomed Pastor Paul Gates, Executive Director of the River of Life Mission to our virtual meeting. Pastor Gates spoke about the ROLMʻs mission to help the homeless and less fortunate. The River of Life Mission increased their meals to the less fortunate by 30% during the pandemic and gave out 37,000 items of clothing with itʻs current staff. Theyʻve also helped to reunite individuals with their families and get them off the streets. One of the ways RoCKS contributes to this non-profit is through itʻs annual SPAM drive happening now until mid-June.
