RCHS Meeting with Jessica Lani Rich

Our guest speaker will be Jessica Lani Rich, the President & CEO of the Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii.

Jessica has spent 16 years as the President and CEO of the Visitor Aloha Society of Hawaii. She also has worked as the Public Relations Director for the Bishop Museum and the Honolulu Academy of Arts, now known as the Honolulu Museum of Arts. She received her BA Degree in Communications from San Francisco State University and did her graduate work towards her Masters in communications at the University of Hawaii. She is also a certified Critical Incident Specialist, trained in Baltimore, Maryland. She is the author of a book titled “The Gift of Hawaii, Island Inspirations.” When she is not working at VASH, she produces a TV Show called “Inspire You & Me,” which is broadcast every Sunday night at 8:00 p.m. on Channel 11 on Spectrum Cable. She is currently the Statewide Director for the COVID-19 Flight Assistance Program.

The topic of her presentation is "VASH Before and During COVID-19". Jessica will be talking about how VASH was before COVID-19 and how they are currently handling quarantine violators and other issues relating to visitors during the pandemic.
