Nicola Lloyd is the Community Engagement Coordinator at The Shepherd Centre, a specialist early intervention centre working with children and young people with hearing loss across ACT, NSW and TAS. The Shepherd Centre vision is to enable children who are deaf and hearing-impaired to develop spoken language so they may fully participate in the world, and in doing so, reach their full potential.
