Silent Auction Items for Rotary District Conference
Our District Conference will be held in Chattanooga at the Downtown Marriott and Chattanooga Convention Center on April 11-12, 2014.
Your club is asked to provide 2 items for the Silent Auction, the proceeds of which will go to Polio Plus for the eradication of Polio. It is suggested that each club provide one item suitable for a gentleman and another for a lady
Items may be brought to the conference and placed in the Silent Auction Room (Room 7 8 of the Convention Center) on the morning of Friday, April 11.

In order to plan the Silent Auction, it would be appreciated if you would let the Conference Co-Chair, Henry Pate (hpate1942@yahoo.com) know by email what items your club will be bringing. The District Treasurer, Jenifer Campbell, will be sending an acknowledgement letter for tax purposes after the conference.
