22nd Winter Wonderland Opening Ceremony

The 22nd Winter Wonderland Opening Ceremony will be held on 2nd December 2023 (Saturday) in Richmond City Hall starting from 2pm. 

There will be piano performances by BC Richmond Teachers' Association (230pm-330pm) and Tom Lee Music (4pm-5pm), followed by the opening ceremony, and sing-a-long session by Mayor Malcolm Brodie and Richmond Orchestra and Chorus. 

A VIP reception will be in the council chamber, and only invited guests will be served.
