July 2017 BOD Meeting

Dear Board,

This is your official invite to the BOD meeting coming up next Tuesday, July 18th at 7pm. (Not 7:02 pm, but Clubrunner is being Clubrunner; it can't help itself!)

We are starting the meeting a little later in the evening and having snacks and beverages instead of dinner, so that all of us are able to get to the Board meeting on time without having to cut out from work early.

This meeting is being held at Heather's home:  5644 Cornwall Dr, Richmond

Please respond with an "attend or decline".  We already know of 3 who cannot make it, so we are counting on everyone else to make quorum.
