"Pacific Autism Family Network" by Kathryn Choquer

The Pacific Autism Family Network (PAFN) is a centre of excellence and network of supports for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families across the province. The PAFN’s core purpose is to be a Knowledge Centre: Bringing together state of the art resources for research, information, learning, assessment, treatment and support; and building capacity to address the lifespan needs of individuals with ASD and related disorders. 

As Senior Vice-President Foundation, Kathryn is responsible for sharing Pacific Autism's mission with community builders in British Columbia and beyond. Kathryn has a diverse background in marketing and operations with a history of working in start-ups. Always willing to tackle a complex issue, Kathryn is able to analyse a situation and respond with creative solutions. In 2019, the United Global Chinese Women's Association of Canada bestowed her with the Community Service Award. In her spare time, she likes to design apparel and interiors as well as explore locations to surf.
