"Canadian Immigration in the Post National Security Law Era" by Gary Yang

Gary is the commercial director in Hoffental Investment Management Ltd, his role is to help customers invest and immigrate to Canada.

Gary was born in Hong Kong and moved to Taiwan when he was a teenager. In 2016 he immigrated to Canada with his family and settled down in Vancouver. Their son is now in Grade 1. Besides going to church, Gary also volunteer there. He served as director in Taiwan Chamber of Commerce B.C. from 2018 to 2019 and this was one of his precious experiences.

Gary obtained bachelor degree in chemical engineering in National Taiwan University and pursued the master degree in Toxicology in The University of Hong Kong .He is now studying immigration policies and laws in UBC and is expected to become a licensed immigration consultant in 2021.

His first time with Rotary club was in 2012 , he was invited by his friend to attend their annual dinner in Taipei. . Rotary clubs have long been a renowned organization worldwide,  he is looking forward to serve the community from different perspectives through the Rotary platform.
