Graduation Awards
For some years, we have been awarding a Bursary and a Scholarship to graduating Quesnel students selected on our behalf by the School District 28 Scholarships & Bursaries Committee. In 2022, we added a third award, a scholarship for an Indigenous Graduate.
This has been made possible by our receiving a BC Community Gaming Grant, and we acknowledge the assistance by the Province of British Columbia.

Our inaugural awardee of the Dr John Havens Rotary Healthcare Scholarship...
Jane Agboji!
Consistently on the Honour and Effort Rolls in her schooling, Jane will be attending UNBC, starting her studies in Health Sciences, Biomedical Studies with her long-term goal of becoming a psychiatrist.
Indigneous Scholarship...
Kristian Guglielmin!
An Honour Roll student, Kristian will be attending CNC to start his studies to become an electrician.
Our 2026 Bursary awardee is...
David Gonzalez!
An ever-present on both the Honour and Effort Rolls, David will be attending the University of Victoria to begin his studies for a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with the long-term goal of becoming a neurosurgeon.
