2026 Meals for Seniors (February)

Meatloaf again! Along with mashed potatoes and veggies, a lot of mixing, peeling, boiling, and mashing, we don't need to lay eyes on a potato for a while. Thanks to NCSC’s Anita Dobie for keeping us in line, and to Northstar Church for the use of their kitchen.
